The Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council announced the launch of the first phase of electronic registration for the initiatives of the federal program "Nafis", which aims to enhance work in the private sector of the United Arab Emirates.
The council also announced the availability of the ability to apply and inquire about the valuable opportunities and benefits of the Nafis program and the available jobs through the digital platform of the Nafis website www.nafis.gov.ae, which was recently launched to serve as a partnership center linking the private sector with citizens looking for work in the various emirates of the country. The program aims to increase the competitiveness of the Emirati workforce and lay the foundations to enable citizens to fill 75,000 jobs in the private sector over the next five years, at a rate of 15,000 jobs annually. The five-year program adopts a comprehensive approach to facilitating the employment of Emirati nationals in the private sector through the phased implementation of 11 initiatives covering all aspects of the job seeker's employment journey.
