The declaration was delivered by Bahrain's Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, during today's weekly meeting of the Council of Ministers in Gudaibiya Palace.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, announced an order to pay the April salary of all government sector employees and pensioners on Tuesday, April 18, 2023. This was done so that it would coincide with the joyous Eid al-Fitr celebration.

Following that, the Council of Bahrain began a programme with the working title "from it to the top" with the intention of assisting Bahrainis in obtaining employment that demand graduate degrees. The people of Bahrain will have an easier time finding occupations that pay well and are commensurate with the degree of education they have if this happens. This is the situation, as stated in the report compiled by the Ministerial Committee for Legal and Legislative Affairs, according to the report.

After that, the Council decided the following:

The Council then reaffirmed its rejection of all provocative practises and actions that would fuel tension and instability, such as the worshippers barricading themselves in the mosque or tampering with weapons and explosives inside and outside places of worship, in an effort to stop the escalation and provide protection for worshippers at Al-Aqsa Mosque and religious sanctities.
