Etihad Airlines signs an agreement to assist passengers

Astra Tech, the UAE's top consumer technology business, has announced a collaboration deal with Etihad Airways, the UAE's national airline, to allow users to book flights using BOTIM, the region's premier voice over Internet (VoIP) solution.

According to a press statement, the agreement was signed today on the margins of the Arabian Travel Market by Antonaldo Neves, CEO of Etihad Aviation Group, and Abdullah Abu Al-Sheikh, founder of Astra Tech and CEO of BOTIM.

Through this collaboration, Astra Tech and Etihad Airways provide a new approach that allows customers to book flights with ease. Astra Tech incorporates flights and other travel-related services into the BOTIM application via the BOTIM GPT platform, allowing users with a quick and creative way to purchase online. Flights operated by Etihad Airways.

Astra Tech announced the launch of BOTIM 3.0 earlier this week, with the goal of offering a comprehensive digital platform for its customers by combining financial technology, e-commerce, artificial intelligence (GPT), and communication services into a single application.
