The General Secretariat of the Private Universities Council revealed the opening of enrollment in the vacancy plan for internal scholarships for high school graduates for the second semester of the year "2023-2024".

The General Secretariat set the registration date for the period between January 11 and 17, and the Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Council of Private Universities for Commissioning, Adel Al-Badr, called on high school graduates who wish to register in the vacancy plan for internal missions to apply for the admission test in private educational facilities.

The sources indicated that graduates must quickly go to the private universities in which they wish to register, as a first wish, so that they can obtain the admission paper, and upload all the required data and documents to the electronic registration system for internal missions.

Al-Badr also expressed the necessity of following the instructions for registration shown on the Secretariat’s website, explaining that the student can view the percentages and specializations proposed in the vacancy plan for internal missions through the General Secretariat’s accounts on social media sites and the official website of the Secretariat, indicating that accepting the application does not mean acceptance of the student in the plan.

Health procedures for university students:

Acting Assistant Secretary-General for Facilities Management Affairs, Muhammad Al-Sulaiman, announced that the university is making every effort to develop and enhance health procedures, and is also making efforts to raise the level of health performance and enhance safety and prevention among members of the university community.

He explained that the launch of the health questionnaire testifies to the university’s full commitment to achieving a suitable environment for male and female students during their studies to achieve their academic goals.

Acting Director of the Security and Safety Department, Yousef Al-Khamis, stated that the design of the health form made it easy for students to fill it out electronically through the university student system.

The sources reported that it includes the student’s basic data, clinical examination, medical history, and other data, so that those responsible for health work at the university can know the student’s health condition.

Al-Khamis stressed that students should quickly fill out the health form in order to ensure their safety, and expressed his thanks for all the means of cooperation exerted between the Security and Safety Department, the Information Systems Center and the Technical Support Department to implement the electronic health form.
