In order to introduce researchers to the "Nafis" program and the significance of registering on its platform, the department, in collaboration with the Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Public Policy Research and the Emirates Competitiveness Council, organized a "Career Guidance for Job Seekers" forum. In attendance were forty-five job seekers, both male and female. The forum featured sessions led by professionals with expertise in professional CV writing advice on how to write a resume in a professional manner and get ready for job interviews.
For citizens looking for employment outside of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah who possess high school diplomas, diplomas, and bachelor's degrees, the Human Resources Department of the Ras Al Khaimah Government, in collaboration with the Majid Al Futtaim Group and Nafs, offered four job opportunities in the Emirate of Dubai.
In order to fill nine open positions with the company, the Department of Emiratization and Career Talents in the department coordinated the "Employment Open Day" and held job interviews in collaboration with the "Amana Contracting and Steel Buildings" Company in Dubai. The interviews were open to both male and female candidates with a range of educational backgrounds. as well as individuals who want to work in the private industry.
More than eighty job seekers with bachelor's degrees in technical fields attended the introductory session for the professional certificate "Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner" organized by the Emiratization and Talent Department in collaboration with the Investment and Development Office and PWC, according to her statement. The event included presentations on the requirements for program enrollment, the admissions process, and the selection process. A thorough description of the program was also given, including its duration, its curriculum, and the international accreditations the graduate will receive.
She emphasized that the Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Public Policy Research, the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, and the Department of Emiratization and Job Talents collaborated to host an introductory workshop for private sector companies on the most significant policies, laws, and initiatives pertaining to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization and the Emirates Competitiveness Council (NAFES).
