According to the National Center of Meteorology, the country will experience the impact of a surface depression originating from the Red Sea, along with humid southeasterly winds. Additionally, there will be a depression extending from the northwest and an air current in the upper atmosphere. This will lead to the formation of different cloud formations, including cumulonimbus clouds, and moderate to heavy rainfall. The impact will begin on Wednesday. In sporadic locations characterized by intermittent lighting and thunder, accompanied by the potential for hail, commencing in the western region on Wednesday evening and spreading across the majority of the country on Thursday. The intensity of the weather is primarily centered in the western regions, coastal areas, and certain eastern regions.
Based on the findings of the center, it is anticipated that cumulus rain clouds would develop in the local area, perhaps resulting in the occurrence of hail in the eastern parts, which may also extend to some interior and western regions.
According to the center, there will be a gradual decrease in cloud cover on Friday and Saturday. However, there is still a possibility of light to moderate rain, which may be heavy in certain southern and eastern areas. The center also notes that the winds will be from southeast to northeast, moderate to active, and strong at times, particularly with cumulus clouds. These conditions are expected to be exciting. The presence of dust and dirt results in reduced horizontal visibility, while the sea exhibits moderate and occasional turbulence, particularly in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman, often accompanied by clouds.
