In an effort to strengthen the country's position as a worldwide hub, Saudi Arabia has launched five new categories of visas, which are collectively referred to as "Premium Residency products." These visas are designed to entice qualified people and investments.

It is the intention of this project to further propel the economic transformation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by generating employment opportunities and promoting the transfer of information. The Special Talent, Gifted, Investor, Entrepreneur, and Real Estate Owner Residency visa categories are the new visa categories that will provide holders with chances for settling in Saudi Arabia that are unmatched by any other visa category.

People who are working professionals, talented individuals, or investors who fall into certain categories are eligible for the new visas that have been approved.

On Wednesday, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Alkassabi, Chairman of the Board of the Premium Residency Centre, provided an overview of the five new Premium Residency programs. He also emphasized that this move will accelerate Saudi Arabia's trajectory towards a knowledge-based, diversified economy in new areas.

Also, he emphasized that those individuals who are able to contribute to the growth of the national economy and actively engage in Saudi Arabia's journey toward rapid development in accordance with Saudi Vision 2030 are eligible to get any and all Premium Residency products made available to them.

However, there has been no information supplied regarding the period of these five new visas or the charges that are associated with obtaining them for business owners and investors who are interested in obtaining them.

Exceptional talent classification

Executives and professionals who have expertise in the fields of healthcare, science, and research are the target audience for the residency program known as "special talent." Its purpose is to entice those who possess one-of-a-kind experiences and skills and who are capable of making contributions to the transfer of information and technology.

Gifted category

In order to facilitate the incorporation of experienced professionals and talented persons into Saudi Arabia's dynamic and expanding cultural and sports sectors, the 'gifted' residency program has been established.

A category of investors

The 'investor' residency, on the other hand, is intended for investors who are interested in capitalizing on the flourishing economic landscape of Saudi Arabia and generating high-impact returns from various sectors of the economy.

The category of entrepreneurs

Furthermore, the 'entrepreneur' residence is designed for individuals who are keen to create and develop their start-ups in Saudi Arabia, contributing to the ambitious economic transformation path of the Kingdom. This residency is meant for individuals who are aspiring entrepreneurs and owners of creative enterprises.

Real Estate category "Real estate owner" residency is intended for those who own real estate and are interested in taking advantage of the Kingdom's potential real estate market, which has undergone rapid and extensive development in recent years. This category of residence is meant for individuals who are wanting to enjoy the outstanding quality of life that the Kingdom has to offer.

These five new products are the result of a collaborative effort between the Premium Residency Centre and its strategic partners, which include a wide variety of government agencies.

The goods provide holders with a wide variety of advantages, such as the opportunity to run a business, own real estate, receive work permits for themselves and their family members, and a great deal of other benefits that are provided by the Premium Residency Center in collaboration with government partners.
